Daekyo was selected as operator of the “Student Players’ Academic Achievement Improvement Project,” which was designed to provide one-to-one, customized education program for players in elementary, middle, and high school.
The Student Players’ Academic Achievement Improvement Project is designed by the NEST Foundation (Korea Foundation for the Next Generation Sports Talent) to support the basic academic ability of student players, guarantee their opportunity to participate in class, and cultivate the sports club culture in school to ensure harmony between study and sports.
Daekyo will provide a customized education program based on the academic ability diagnosis test to be conducted from June 2010 to January 2011 for 2,440 student players.
Student players will select 2 subjects from among Language, Mathematics, English, and Society and receive educational materials according to their academic level and weekly home study service.
For this project, in addition to the education program of each subject, Daekyo will provide advanced study test, career exploration and sociability improvement test, counseling support, and customized educational materials that will serve as the foundation for fostering global student players as free common programs.
