The 21st general shareholders’ meeting was held at the Hanmaum Hall of Noonnoppi
Sadang Center on March 21. Young-joong Kang, chairman of the executive board of
directors, staff members, and shareholders attended the meeting. The audit report
and sales report were tackled during the general shareholders’ meeting prior to
decision making. For 2007, sales of KRW 846.6 billion were recorded; operating profit
increased by 22.8% to KRW 78.5 billion compared to last year, whereas net income
dropped by 6.5% to KRW 48.1 billion compared to last year.
